What people are saying about this recipe
"This was absolutely delicious. I followed the recipe exactly. The sauce was easy to whip up and could definitely be made in advance. A nice surprise at the end was that the skin stuck to the foil when baking, so when I carefully removed each piece, the fish was on the spatula while the skin conveniently stayed on the foil! This one is a keeper."

How to make this easy salmon recipe
Y'all know I love sharing easy and flavorful restaurant quality recipes. They are the same ones I make for my personal chef clients. And this roasted salmon recipe is one I make on repeat for them and my own family too.
The less than 30 minute recipe has just a few steps.
- Preheat your oven. Place the salmon on a foil lined baking sheet. Clean up should be a breeze too.
2. Combine the creamy, cheesy sauce ingredients ~ some mayo, nutty Parmesan cheese, parsley, umami rich Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice. These few ingredients make for a garlicky, smoky, salty and lemony sauce.
3. Slather the sauce over the salmon. I like to have it drizzle down the side of the fish too. Sprinkle a little bit more Parmesan cheese over the top.
4. Roast the salmon until your preferred doneness. For me, it's about 10 to 12 minutes for medium rare to medium. For a lightly browned crust, I broil the fish for the last minute.
It's that easy! The salmon Caesar is ready to serve.
Suggestions and tips
Buy the freshest salmon available. Get to know your fish monger, and they can pick the best fish for you. Firm, vibrant, and a neutral smell are keys to fresh salmon.
For easy cleanup, line the baking sheet with foil.
Use a digital thermometer to cook the salmon to perfection. For medium rare to medium, cook to 125 to 135 degrees F. For more well done salmon, cook to 145 degrees F.
What to serve with roasted salmon
This scrumptious salmon is flavor packed. It only needs some simple sides to make a complete meal.
Serve the rich and buttery salmon atop mixed greens with a few croutons and shards of Parmesan cheese.
Also try the fish with steamed broccoli, asparagus or green beans. Jasmine rice, herb roasted potatoes or my favorite grown up buttered noodles are also delicious sides.

I'm still trying to get used to salmon. I like white fish but salmon is a different topic. This one looks very good. All my friends just use salt and pepper and I guess I need those crutches. Keep coming with all those crutches of yours. thanks so much
