Instructions
Soak the wooden skewers in water for 20 minutes.
Heat a grill to high heat.
Thread the sausage, peppers, and onions alternately on the skewers.
Brush the kabobs with olive oil. Sprinkle with Italian herb blend, garlic powder, kosher salt and black pepper.
Grill the kabobs for 4-5 minutes per side or for a total of about 10 minutes. Brush the kabobs with the marinara sauce the last few minutes of grilling time. The vegetables will be charred and the sausage cooked through with an internal temperature of 160 degrees F.
Remove the kabobs from the grill and serve with the extra marinara sauce.
