Pork Potstickers with Dipping Sauce

To a large bowl, add the ground pork, sliced green onions, hoisin sauce, reduced sodium soy sauce, toasted sesame oil and garlic powder.

Step 1

Gently yet thoroughly combine the pork filling ingredients.

Step 2

Place a wonton wrapper on a work surface. Put 2 heaping teaspoons of the pork mixture in the center of the wrapper. Dip a finger in a cup of water. Wet the edges of the wrapper.

Step 3

Fold over the opposite corners of the wrapper so they are touching and form a triangle. Press firmly to seal the edges of the wrapper.
