She helped cook for me and my family (Husband plus 5 kids) the day before I had neck surgery. I wanted to be sure that my family was taken care of, and had great food in them while I recovered! Amy made two batches of soup for me- butternut squash apple and carrot ginger, and then made chicken marsala, stuffed shells, sliders, chicken and cheese quesadillas, and yummy yummy side dishes for my family. She arrived on time, had all the best ingredients, came in and went to work! Aside from my house smelling like heaven, one would never know how much my kitchen had been used that day. She left it impeccably clean!! I loved how she labeled every dish, put it away perfectly, and then left warm-up instructions for whomever it was that would be cooking that evening during my recovery. She completely put my mind at ease, as I didn’t have to worry about my kids eating cereal for 2 weeks! In closing, I would recommend Amy Casey for any cooking you may need. She listened to my needs, cooked things to perfection, and then disappeared, with only the smell of yummy, healthy food in her wake. Awesome!
Amy was fantastic.
